Submitting a Response

- In your confirmation email, there will be a phone number and email address you can use for your response. Make sure that you follow the rules of submitting material described below.
- You may submit responses by recording them on an mp3 device and attaching them to an email.
- You may submit stories by picking up the telephone and calling the voice messaging service and telling your story into the phone.

Submitting response by telephone.
In your confirmation email will be a phone number. You may submit at any time of day or night via this phone number. If you are overseas, you may use Skype to call this number and submit.
When submitting material, please start the recording by saying – this is (insert name) and I am responding to story number with (name a teacher). You always have the right hit erase and cancel your submission at the end of a recording and your submission will be erased. All recordings submitted by telephone are limited to five minutes .
Submitting your Response by Mp3
You may submit responses that you have edited or raw audio material via mp3 file. Make sure that you include your name and the number of the story you are responding to in the email. Just attach the mp3 file to an email and send it to the email address you have for your account. Submitted responses may not be longer than five minutes.
Media formats you may not submit.
I am sorry, due to labor costsm we cannot receive video files of any type and audio files in any other audio format besides Mp3 file, Wav or Aif. We are not responsible for editing your audio files to improve them in any way.
Please submit only one response per phone call or mp3 file.
It confuses the story elves if you try to include too much in one call. You can submit as many responses as you wish on as many stories as you wish up to the limit of 24 responses in a month. Submitting a response to a story helps us to clarify our practice and our own abilities, so please take advantage of this while you can.
Responding to Performance level stories.
Only Participant, Performance or Apprentice level members may hear or respond to a story submitted by a Performance level member.
Responding to Apprentice level stories.
Only Apprentice level members may respond to stories from other students who are working with their master teacher. Only Apprentice level members may listen to ant story on the apprentice level. Apprentice level members are welcome to listen to and submit responses to any Performance level story.
