I’m a storyteller in the middle of the sea, a white man in a brown world. I found storytelling 25 years ago after painting & performance degrees & mask & mime troupe tours in Italy. It really IS the pictures within! I express these visions in a physical style populated with well-defined characters, faces, lotsa voices, intuitive telling and INTENSITY! I produce Hawaii’s Talk Story Festival (21 years), a story radio show, Story TV 18 years, and 9 CDs with collaborative musicians.
So what do I offer you? With 1000s of hours watching/ editing/ coaching/ teaching & talking story, I’ll give an honest particular creative perspective. I’ll help you find & expand your ‘voice’. Our collaboration will explore ways to open up new expressive tools. Let’s sail deep waters to new islands! Yes to recording, radio, video, and shadow puppet coaching too. YES!
